OAT MILK ICE CREAM

Homemade non-dairy ice cream? That’s not a thing! Is it?

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Cups of Oat Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Cashew Butter
  • Ice

FLAVOR INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 Cup mashed Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup mashed Strawberries
  • 1/2 Cup frozen Peaches
  • Any other toppings you could imagine

DIRECTIONS

Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, if you do not have an ice cream maker. Pour mixture into ice cube trays. Once frozen, remove Ice Cream from trays and blend with Ice Cubes.

Serve and Enjoy!
