KITCHEN TOOLS:
- Chop board
- Saute pan
- Blender
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound of chard
- 1 ½ tbsp of olive oil
- 2 clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice

DIRECTIONS
- Separate the ribs and leaves from the chard. Coarsely chop them.
- Heat a little olive oil in a sauté pan. Add the chard ribs and cook with a little water until you get a tender mixture, about 5 to 7 minutes.
- Then add the leaves as you go, letting them wilt before adding more, until everything is cooked. Leave to cool and keep the liquid.
- Put in a blender with the rest of the ingredients and the cooking liquid, salt, blend until you get a smooth cream.
- Serve with slices of bread.
