INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound of potatoes
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- ½ tsp red pepper, to be measured according to your preferences
- ½ tsp of paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
The garnish:
- 4 tbsp guacamole
- ½ pound of cherry tomatoes , halved
- ½ red onion , minced
- ½ jalapeno, thinly sliced

DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 440°F or start the barbecue.
- Cut the potatoes into slices
- Put them in a salad bowl; add the rest of the ingredients with a little salt and mix.
- Place them on the baking sheet lined with baking paper and cook for 10 minutes; turn them over and cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Take out of the oven; add the guacamole, cherry tomatoes, red onion and jalapeno.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
