1 pound of potatoes 1 tbsp of olive oil ½ tsp red pepper to be measured according to your preferences ½ tsp of paprika ½ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp onion powder The garnish: 4 tbsp guacamole ½ pound of cherry tomatoes halved ½ red onion minced ½ jalapeno thinly sliced
Preheat the oven to 440°F or start the barbecue.
Cut the potatoes into slices
Put them in a salad bowl ; add the rest of the ingredients with a little salt and mix. Place them on the baking sheet lined with baking paper and cook for 10 minutes; turn them over and cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown. Take out of the oven; add the guacamole, cherry tomatoes, red onion and jalapeno.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
