1 pound of chard 1 ½ tbsp of olive oil 2 clove of garlic 2 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp of lemon juice
Separate the ribs and leaves from the chard. Coarsely chop them.
Heat a little olive oil in a sauté pan . Add the chard ribs and cook with a little water until you get a tender mixture, about 5 to 7 minutes. Then add the leaves as you go, letting them wilt before adding more, until everything is cooked. Leave to cool and keep the liquid.
Put in a blender with the rest of the ingredients and the cooking liquid, salt, blend until you get a smooth cream. Serve with slices of bread.
