Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 fresh figs; you can also use dried figs
  • 1 cup of 250 ml of almond milk (or you can also use coconut milk)
  • 3 to 4 pieces of ice
  • 2 tbsp of about 15 to 20 almonds
  • 1 tsp of honey
  • 2 Dates pitted

Instructions

  • Wash the fresh figs and finely chop them
  • Place all of your ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend on a high for about 45 to 60 seconds, until it becomes smooth.
  • You can top your smooth with a handful of chopped nuts
  • Serve and enjoy your smoothie!
