Instructions
Wash and dice the tomatoes, red onion, and jalapeno pepper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the diced vegetables with chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
Stir until well combined.
Adjust the seasoning to taste.
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
