  • 2 large ripe tomatoes diced
  • 1/2 red onion diced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Wash and dice the tomatoes, red onion, and jalapeno pepper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced vegetables with chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Adjust the seasoning to taste.
  • Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
