VEGAN GUACAMOLE

  • Citrus juicer

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 lime juiced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
  • Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocado to your desired consistency.
  • Add the chopped red onion, minced jalapeño pepper, chopped cilantro, and lime juice to the bowl.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and mix everything together until well combined.
  • Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
  • Serve the guacamole immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
