VEGAN GUACAMOLE
Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime juiced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half lengthwise, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Using a fork or potato masher, mash the avocado to your desired consistency.
- Add the chopped red onion, minced jalapeño pepper, chopped cilantro, and lime juice to the bowl.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste, and mix everything together until well combined.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
- Serve the guacamole immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
