Chocolate and Strawberry Smoothie
This creamy, rich strawberry-chocolate smoothie will satisfy any chocolate cravings. It's so decadent you might want it as a dessert, too.
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 1 Mango
- 1 Avocado
- 2 tablespoons of strawberry sauce
For The Chocolate sauce:
- 2 tablespoons of Vanilla ice cream
- 4 tbsp of Sugar
- 2 tbsp of Milk
- 2 tbsp of some fruit chunks of mango or avocado for garnishing
- Chopped toasted pistachios for garnishing
Instructions
For The Mango Smoothie:
- Blend the mango with 1 ½ tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of vanilla ice cream; 2 tbsp of milk and the strawberry sauce with the help of a blender to a smooth smoothie.
- Pour it the smoothie into two serving glasses
- Let the smoothie chill for about 15 minutes
For The Avocado Smoothie:
- Blend the avocado with about 1 ½ tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of vanilla ice cream, 2 tbsp of milk in a blender for about 30 seconds to a smooth mixture.
- Let the smoothie chill for about 15 minutes
To serve your smoothie:
- Remove the prepared chilled strawberry and mango smoothie from the fridge; then line in between the chocolate sauce.
- Last, pour in the avocado smoothie in a slow pace with the help of a ladle.
- Top your smoothie with the chopped pistachios and fruit chunks.
- Stir a little; then serve and end enjoy your sumptuous smoothie!
