VEGAN PICO DE GALLO
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe tomatoes diced
- 1/2 red onion diced
- 1 jalapeno pepper seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Wash and dice the tomatoes, red onion, and jalapeno pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the diced vegetables with chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
- Stir until well combined.
- Adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
