 Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup kombucha (try lemon-ginger or green tea kombucha)
- 1 cup spinach (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 avocado (for creaminess)
- 1/2 cucumber (peeled)
- 1/2 apple (cored)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger (fresh or ground)
- 1/4 cup coconut water or plant-based milk (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional for a colder smoothie)
 Instructions:
- Add the kombucha, spinach, avocado, cucumber, apple, lemon juice, and ginger to a blender.

- Add ice cubes if you want a colder, thicker smoothie.
- Taste and adjust sweetness with a little honey or agave, if preferred.
