Smoothie Bowls Recipe

Ingredients
  

Base:

  • Kale
  • Almond milk
  • Banana
  • Avocado
  • Ice
  • Honey

Toppings:

  • Banana
  • Kiwi
  • Mango
  • Chia Seeds
  • Drizzled agave

Instructions
 

  • Wash and remove the tough stems from the kale leaves. Tear the leaves into smaller pieces.
  • In a blender, combine a handful of kale leaves with: 1 ripe banana, 1/2 avocado (peeled and pitted), A handful of ice cubes, 1 cup of almond milk, 1-2 tbsp of honey (adjust to taste)
  • Blend the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. If the mixture is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or thickness by adding more honey or almond milk if needed.
  • Once the smoothie is blended to your liking, pour it into bowls.
  • For the toppings, dice: 1 banana, 1 kiwi, 1/2 mango
  • Sprinkle chia seeds over the smoothie.
  • Top the smoothie with the diced banana, kiwi, and mango.
  • Drizzle a small amount of agave over the top for added sweetness.
  • Serve the kale smoothie immediately and enjoy!
