Figs and Date Smoothie
Kickstart your morning with a healthy and decadent treat – a Sweet & Creamy Fig Smoothie crafted with fresh figs, dates, and almond milk.
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 2 to 3 fresh figs; you can also use dried figs
- 1 cup of 250 ml of almond milk (or you can also use coconut milk)
- 3 to 4 pieces of ice
- 2 tbsp of about 15 to 20 almonds
- 1 tsp of honey
- 2 Dates pitted
Instructions
- Wash the fresh figs and finely chop them
- Place all of your ingredients in a blender.
- Blend on a high for about 45 to 60 seconds, until it becomes smooth.
- You can top your smooth with a handful of chopped nuts
- Serve and enjoy your smoothie!
